What Worth keeps

Worth estimates resale from a listing screenshot or photo you submit (or listing text from the Worth Chrome extension). We do not store the photo. History, when you are on Pro, keeps the estimate — title, range, buy-under, and rationale — not the image.

Sign-in is Supabase Auth (email one-time code or magic link, plus Google when that is enabled). We store a Worth user row keyed by email and an internal users.id so lookups, quota, and Stripe billing stay on your account. The Supabase auth uid is only a link, never the Stripe customer key.

Payments go through Stripe. We keep Stripe customer and subscription ids to open the billing portal and apply Pro. We do not store full card numbers.

Lookups require Pro. We may still use a cookie and IP hash for abuse controls. That abuse cookie is separate from marketing.

Worth may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ads — only after you Accept the small ads-cookie notice in the corner. After Accept, conversion events (for example Purchase on the post-pay start page) may also fire in that browser session. If you ignore or decline, we do not load that pixel for your browser. Your choice is stored locally in the browser; clear site data for this site to see the notice again. You can also manage Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/settings?tab=ads.

You can delete your account from Account → Delete account (removes profile, estimates, and sign-in). Questions: use the contact on goworth.app.
